for:
– line cook with professional pasta cooking & sandwich making skills
– experienced chef
– helper at the counter and in the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Reliable, friendly and team-oriented disposition
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of proper food handling and food safety procedures
- condiment and various food preparation
- ability to operate a clean and efficient work
- knowledge of kitchen environment required
- work some shifts on the line and some in kitchen for prep
- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
- Estimate food requirements and costs
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.),
- general cleaning duties and responsibilities as assigned to your job description,
- Manage kitchen operations
