Philippine Consul General, Alejandro Mosquera, will be leaving Canada after 6 years serving the Filipino Community in Toronto. To celebrate his dedication and commitment to the Filipino Community, a farewell party and fund-rasing event has been organized on Friday, May 22 2009.
